You receive pieces from the Neon Society store and film short try-on / haul videos showing them off. The wardrobe lanes are lingerie, swimwear, bodycon, and intimates — with adult toys as an optional add-on if you want that work. Content goes out on Instagram, live cam platforms, or other networks depending on what you're comfortable with. The goal is simple: bring customers to the store.

Four main genres: lingerie (sets, bodysuits, sheer and lace), swimwear (bikinis, one-pieces, resort looks), bodycon (tight dresses and going-out clubwear), and intimates (lounge, sleepwear, soft boudoir). Adult toys — vibrators, plugs, and similar products — are a separate opt-in lane, not required. You pick what you're open to on the application, and nothing outside that list is ever assigned to you.

Wherever you like — home, a dorm, a hotel room. The only requirements are that the space is well lit for your camera, private enough for you to focus, and appropriate for the kind of content you have agreed to. There is no studio and no commute.

No. Auditions happen in person at a location you choose — a home, apartment, or hotel room, anywhere with decent light and privacy. A member of our team drives out to you. We confirm the spot with you beforehand and you'll know who is coming.

No — you can live and film anywhere in Arizona. This round of auditions is held exclusively in Tucson between Aug 15 and 21, so if you're coming from elsewhere in the state you'll need somewhere in Tucson to meet us for the hour. A hotel room works fine, and we'll help you sort it out over email.

Three parts. A short interview so we can get to know you and answer your questions, a wardrobe walk where you show off your own favorite sexy attire — lingerie, swimwear, bodycon, intimates, and adult toys if that's a lane you want — and a brief video debut. Mostly we're looking at how you mesh with the camera. That video goes to the remote staff who make the final hiring decision.

Pick the outfits you feel best in from those genres, plus any toys you'd want to feature, and set aside a full hour somewhere private. This work puts more of your body on camera, so come showered and shaved. Makeup is optional, but a light touch reads well on video. Skip fragrance of any kind — perfume, body spray, scented lotion. And a pro tip: wear heels with whatever you choose, they amplify the entire look. Once we've emailed you a time we'll cover anything specific to your space.

Rates run from about $100 per video for a straightforward clothing haul up to $2,000 per video for work involving more exposure — partial nudity or interacting with adult toys. The top-paying categories are marked with a $ on the application: lingerie, intimates, sexy live cam, and adult toys. Where you land depends on which of those you opt into and the piece itself, and nothing outside your selections is ever assigned to you. We walk through exact numbers with you at the audition.

Basic contact details, your measurements, and photos — at least one headshot plus two full-body shots, one from the front and one from the side. You can attach up to ten. They need to be recent and unedited, no filters or retouching, and it helps a lot if you're wearing lingerie, swimwear, bodycon, or intimates you already own. A short video introduction is optional. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.

We review applications as they arrive and email everyone selected for the current round before the deadline. Email is how we reach you, so add casting@neon-society.org to your contacts and check your spam folder — our first message ends up there more often than we'd like. If this round fills up, your application stays on file for the next one.
